Black River Trip!

This was my very first trip to Black River.  It's a favorite place for Dale every spring.  He loves to come fishing and wanted to show me how amazing it is.

We wanted to find a remote place so we could possibly find fish to catch...we found a remote place, that's for sure, but not the river! We found a little shack...I wonder how long it has been there...

We did eventually find the river! It was beautiful! A really amazing day.

We did a little fishing...but didn't catch anything.  He reassured me that in May there would be fish!

We had a super day! I think it was a test of some sort to see if I could survive one of his beloved fishing trips...I think I passed!
