Recent happenings...

We've started some projects around the house.

This is what the front used to look like:

Note the tree we cut down, the side walk and palm trees in the middle of the lawn

 We've now added brick pavers to the walkway and front porch

Soon we will have grass and new plants! YAY!

 Maura has wanted to paint her room for  a while...I convinced her not to paint it fuchsia, but just to get really bright pillows.  The color is a nice neutral gray.

School is starting soon and we are trying to get all our fun out of summer.

We spent a day at Krazy Air, a fun trampoline and climbing place.  We brought some friends with us and had a really great time!  This little monkey can do anything...even in a skirt!

Dodge ball was the favorite for the boys.

 There was also a really fun foam pit and obstacle course.

 We've also spent some time at the Mesquite Groves pool.  Perfect for those hot days.

There aren't many days left, but we still have time for more adventures!
